Herbed Compound Butter Recipe
- 1 shallot
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 sticks salted butter, at room temperature
- Large handful of herbs (any combination you like)
- 4 ounces brie cheese (optional variation), at room temperature
- Add shallot and garlic to a food processor and pulse until finely minced.
- Throw in the butter, herbs, and brie (if using).
- Process until well blended.
- Wrap in plastic and refrigerate.
- Let come to room temperature before using in a thousand delicious ways.
